Cancellation Policy
We know that life can be unpredictable and that plans change. Unfortunately we can only offer a refund for bookings cancelled at least four weeks before the course start date.
Missed Week Policy
Calm and Connected understands that due to unforeseen circumstances parents sometimes miss a week of a course. If you are unable to make a particular week, you are welcome to join us for the same week of a different course so you don’t miss out!
Photo Policy
We love seeing your babies have a good time and encourage you to take lots of photos to help remember the experience! However, please be respectful of others and make sure it is only your baby in your photos. We are always on hand to help take pictures if you want to be in the photo, too!
We will not share any photos of your baby on social media platforms without your consent so please let us know if you are happy for us to pop the photos online!
Consent will be in writing or if you want to send us one of the photos you’ve taken just make sure to let us know it’s okay to use!
