I have completed baby massage, baby reflexology and baby yoga with Karen and have just loved them all. I don’t think I can pick a favourite. You really couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Karen is just fantastic at what she does. She is patient and full of wisdom and knowledge about babies and as a first time mum this was invaluable. My daughter really enjoyed the classes and I’ve learned lots of new techniques for the future and lots of new songs.
