This was the first class Logan and I took part in at 7 weeks old. We both really enjoyed the reflexology class, areas to help with teething, reflux, poos. We would really recommend it. At first I was nervous but Karen puts you so at ease and you really feel like you are ‘at home’ and her expertise is fantastic! It gives you a chance to meet other mummies and get great tips. (we learnt some sleeping tips)
